Kitty knew what she wanted and was patient. She was willful and determined. Cody just was oblivious to what was before him. He still was not clear on it when Kitty was right before his eyes. Disbelief and maybe even a little dumb struck he was. The ongoing sex, drugs, sex, groupies, sex, language, sex, and more. There were times things felt rushed. There were times of raw emotions. There was times of lots of things.
I was told this was a standalone book but I felt that I needed to read the first two books to get the background information on the characters and the references made here and there about various things. I did enjoy my read but I felt that my experience could have been more.

I sit down in an empty space on the chair right next to
him. He can’t get up and move now, it would be way too obvious to the others
that he’s trying to avoid me. I smile and sarcastically chirp, “You having a
good time Cody?”
He groans and responds grouchily, “No, not really.”
I lean in close to him, so close that I can feel the heat
from his skin. I place my hand on his knee and see him suck in a deep breath. I
purr, “Why don’t you come up and have a dance.”
His response is abrupt. “No thanks.”
Hansen, who’s sitting on the other side of him punches
him playfully on the shoulder as he reprimands, “Don’t be such a dickhead
Sticks. If a beautiful lady asks you to dance, you fucking drag your sorry ass
out of that seat and go and dance.” Hansen pushes him, nudging him roughly out
of his seat. Cody tumbles off his chair but quickly gains his footing as he
glares irately at Hansen.
I quickly take advantage of the opportunity by springing
out of my chair and securing Cody’s hand in mine. I tug on his arm, “Come on
Cody, it’ll be fun, I promise.” Cody just responds with a grunt as I start to
drag him reluctantly to the dance floor. After a few steps he takes control and
it’s him that’s practically dragging me as we push our way into the middle of
the crowd. We’re so far into the vibrating and moving swarm of people that
we’re completely out of sight from the VIP area. Until now Cody had kept his
distance but as soon as we reach a spot where he’s obviously satisfied that we
can’t be seen by his bandmates, he grabs me roughly around my body, one hand
clasping my ass and the other around my waist as he crushes our bodies
together. I can feel his hard muscled torso pressing against my soft curves and
he feels so darned good. His eyes focus on mine and the heat and lust radiating
off him is voracious. As he starts to move erotically against me he rumbles,
“You’re fuckin’ killing me Kitty. I’ve tried to keep my distance, but you’re
making it near impossible.” His face is so close to mine that I can feel his
breath as he groans, “You’re such a massive tease.”

How would you describe your style of writing to someone that has never read
your work?
My books are all written in the first person point of view, mainly from the view point of the ladies that steal my rock stars hearts. My writing style is quite raunchy with lots of steamy sex scenes, coupled with a lot of emotion and struggles that need to be overcome before my hero and heroine find their happy ever after.

What mind set or routine do you feel the need to set when
preparing to write (in general whether you are working on a project or just
free writing)?
I need to be locked away in my writing cave, usually accompanied by coffee and chocolate or even a glass of wine. I like to listen to inspiring music when I am doing prep work or organising things, but once I start writing, I need quiet so that my mind can hear what my rock stars are telling me!

Do you take your character prep to heart? Do you nurture the
growth of each character all the way through to the page? Do you people watch
to help with development? Or do you build upon your character during story
creation?
Yes I do heaps of character prep. Before I even start writing I have notebooks and flip charts full of character descriptions, possible scenes, ideas of attitude, personality and looks. Once I start to write I use these things as a starting point, but the characters quite often develop as the story progresses. The characters evolve as they need to adapt and learn to cope with the struggles I throw at them. And yes I definitely people watch – it’s one of my favorite things to do - people are fascinating!

I bond with all my characters – sometimes I forget they are not real people! However, Ash and Eve from Heaven Sent will always have a special place in my heart – they were my first characters I ever wrote and the whole thing of re-discovering each other after such a long absence tugs at my heart strings.

Do you have a character that you have been working on that you
can't wait to put to paper?
Yes, I’m currently working on Book 4 in the Oblivion on Tour Series which is Scott’s story. Scott’s the lead singer of Oblivion and I’m loving his cocky, sometimes quite arrogant but sexy as hell attitude!

Have you ever felt that there was something inside of you that you
couldn't control? If so what? If no what spurs you to reach for the
unexperienced?
Writing about sexy-as-hell rock stars has sort of become a bit of an obsession for me. If I don’t get to writing for more than a few days, I get very antsy and need to get back to my keyboard – I simply can’t control my imagination!

Is there one character you find so special you are having a hard
time coming up with his/her story?
No, I’ve been very lucky so far. Once I start working on my character
development, the story just sort of comes to me. Fingers crossed, that
continues!

Tania Sparks is a romantic at heart who genuinely believes in true love and soul
mates. She met her husband while still at school, she was sixteen, he was
seventeen. They are high school sweethearts who more than twenty five years
later are still very much in love and are happily married with two beautiful
daughters.

does have a full time job, but in her spare minutes enjoys spending time with
her family, cooking and reading. She's an avid reader who tends to chomp
through a large volume of books, mainly in the romance genre. Her other major
'hobby' is writing steamy rock star erotic romances!
In 2014,
after finding herself constantly being inspired by numerous romance novels, she
decided to try her hand at writing. After penning her first scene she
discovered that she enjoyed it immensely and so resolved to continue with the
rest of the story that was swirling in her imagination. That story resulted in
her first novel, Heaven Sent which is the first book in her Oblivion on Tour
Series. This was soon followed by Bolt From The Blue and Pure Torture. Each
book in the series is a stand-alone story which follows a different band member
from a hard rock group called Oblivion - and of course the feisty ladies that
steal their hearts! The other books in the series are at various stages of
completion.
Now-a-days
Tania finds it very difficult to control her imagination and swears that her
rock stars are constantly chanting their stories in her head. She can't wait to
share them with you..
