The Rogue a historical romance novel first in the Devil's Duke series from Katharine Ashe. This historical romance had me making plans to revisit another series by this author. There were some fascinating characters and an interesting line of events that makes me want to reach for the next book, but first I have to wait for the next book to be release.
Evan Saint-André Sterling (Saint) made me want to fall in love with him over and over. There was just something about him. He was not overly chatty. He put his thoughts to action.
Lady Constance was full of so many issues. I was having a hard time connecting with her but there were points where I could understand her.
Katharine Ashe has just got herself a new reader. I will be heading back to other book from other series by her. I love to be immersed in the world of mystery and intrigue and this first book in this series is heading in the right direction. This is not a single line book where you know all you need to find the mysterious duke, but there is the HEA for Saint and Constance.
